About the event

Alive After 5 is Downtown’s most anticipated summer concert series. This year’s series runs June 8 to August 3, 2023. Each weekly concert takes place Thursday evenings, from 5:00pm -8:00pm at a different outdoor venue in downtown Billings. AUG. 3 LOCATION: McCormick Cafe/ Craft Local BAND(S): Lost Canyon Admission for Alive After 5 remains free for the public, however, 21 and older individuals wishing to consume alcohol must purchase a $2 wristband at one of the Purple tents. About the application

The volunteer opportunities are 2 hours each (start at 4:30pm or 6:00pm) and include: - Entry/Wristband Team - VIP Greeter Volunteers receive a free beverage & food voucher to use within the event and a free $2 wristband so they can enjoy a drink should they wish to.

Admission is free however attendees must purchase a $2 wristband to consume alcohol at the event. Volunteers for this shift helps the DBA staff with Cash handling, IDing & Wristbanding at the purple entry tent. $2 bottles of water are also sold at the wristband tents.
V.I.P. Greeter Shift 1	McCormick Cafe/Craft Local	Aug 03, 2023 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm	0	2
The V.I.P. area is a tented and fenced off area in the event with some tables and chairs. A limited number of $10 V.I.P. wristbands are sold per concert date. The V.I.P.s have access to this area and the free bottles of ice water in it. Volunteers for this shift helps with greeting those on the list, making sure there is ice water available to the V.I.Ps, some minor cash handling, collecting the event sponsor 's V.I.P. wristband vouchers, IDing, & Wristbanding.
