Our organization provides vital services, support, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ individuals in our community, and we rely on the help of dedicated volunteers like you to make it all happen. Volunteering with us is a great way to give back to your community, meet new people, and develop new skills. Whether you're looking to fulfill community service hours, receive training, or are court-ordered to complete community service, we welcome you to join our team. Our volunteer opportunities include but are not limited to the following: • Front desk and administrative support • Outreach and Advocacy • Youth programming • Fundraising and development • Onsite Maintenence We provide comprehensive training to all our volunteers to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to support our LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. If you have been court-ordered to complete community service hours, we invite you to consider applying to volunteer with Compass LGBTQ+ Community Center. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can fulfill your court-ordered obligations while making a positive impact in our community. We provide comprehensive training and support to all of our volunteers, including those who are court-ordered to complete community service. Our volunteer opportunities include a variety of roles. Volunteering with us is a great way to meet new people, develop new skills, and give back to your community. Our flexible scheduling allows you to fulfill your court-ordered obligations while accommodating your availability.
