2023 Steppin' Out Volunteers

You will check off each vendor on your list as they arrive. You will give the vendor the materials provided and guide them in the direction of their booth. Materials include: Vendor Welcome Letter with Map, Virginia Sales Tax Form

Tasks will be assigned and explained on the spot. Tasks will include setting up tent, tables, chairs, lighting, shirt displays and signage.

Assist with taking down lights. Folding up chairs. Help take supplies back to Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. Office on a wagon.
