After January 17th, 2023 11:59pm all General Staff applicants will be considered as Volunteer, and will NOT be able to take advantage of the full Staff perks which include: A free badge to attend the convention, a complimentary shared hotel room—or a solo room discount—on Friday and Saturday nights, free meals plus snacks and drinks in the Staff Suite, an invitation to the end-of-con “Dead Dog” party, and an exclusive staff T-shirt. The reason for the deadline is that we need to set-up all the hotel rooms, finalize ordering for food and this gives us time to work with the Hotel and Vendors to make this happen.
