Fayetteville Comic Con Volunteer Application

Fayetteville Comic Con relies on volunteers to bring the level of service that we provide at every show. In exchange for Free Passes to the Fayetteville Comic Con, Volunteers typically work one to two shifts over the course of the weekend, but are welcome to work more! Some shifts include meals. All shifts include a free T-Shirt. Opportunities Exist in the Following Departments: Load-In - Friday Con-Cert - Friday Guest Relations Game Room Support Merchandizing General Runners Door and Floor Support Break Down

In consideration for permission to volunteer as part of the Fayetteville Comic Con Spring 2023 Show sponsored by Fayetteville Comic Con, Inc. being held at the Crown Expo Center, 1960 Coliseum Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28306 including April 21st (set-up) and show dates of April 22nd and 23rd, 2023, the Volunteer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, defend, release, and forever discharge Fayetteville Comic Con, Inc., the Cumberland County Civic Center Commission, OVG360, Oak View Group, and their agents, representatives, and employees, and any person or persons under its direction and control from, and waive any and all responsibility of same, for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss or expense (including costs and attorneys’ fees), loss or damage of any kind whatsoever imposed by law upon the same for damages because of bodily injury, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, or on account of damages to property, including loss of use thereof, arising out of or in consequence of the performance of this agreement, provided such injury to persons or damage to property results from and is caused by the negligent or willful acts or omissions of Fayetteville Comic Con, Inc., The Cumberland County Civic Center Commission, OVG360, Oak View Group, its officers, agents, employees, or any person or persons under its direct supervision and control.
