Info/Ticket Booth Coordinator

Incorporate excellent customer service by executing ticket sales and credit card transactions, educating customers on the process of loading tickets onto their mobile devices. Address inquiries from guests regarding festival features, distribute maps, and provide any necessary assistance.

Volunteers are expected to respond to their emails and messages in a timely manner. Volunteers are expected to attend all training sessions prior to the event date. The training schedule will be handed out closer to the event date, which is taking place on Thursday, May 11, 2023. If volunteers miss their training sessions, they are required to reach out to toa@jacobseye.com to ask for a makeup session. Makeup session may take place via zoom or may be formatted in an email. Volunteers are expected to show up to their designated shift location and role on time. If, for any reason, volunteers want to withdraw from their application, a 2 week cancellation notice is required. Cancellations after April 24, 2023 are not accepted.
