About the event

Come shop, play, tour and make memories during this 78-year-old tradition -- the Waterford Foundation's "Waterford Fair"! The Fair is the mid-Atlantic's quintessential fall festival with demonstrating fine heritage & contemporary craft artisans, living historians, a juried art show, historic properties tour, local libations, Waterford Craft School talks & workshops, and entertainment for all ages. Located in the National Historic Landmark of Waterford (f. 1733), this unique village is situated in Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Noted as "DC's Wine Country", we are only 50 minutes from the District of Columbia. Tickets go on sale in August. Children (12 & under) & Foundation members FREE! Ticket types: early bird (Fri only), youth, single day, 3-day passes and seniors (over 65). Event proceeds support the preservation and education efforts of the Waterford Foundation, a 501(c)(3). About the application

Inventory pick up will take place Monday, 10/10, 1 pm - 4 pm, and Saturday, October 15, from 9 am to noon. Appointments are scheduled in 15 minute blocks. Consignors with large volumes of inventory please schedule two consecutive blocks, for 30 minutes total. If you are not sure how much time you will need or you need a time outside of these days, please contact Carol Davis at cdavis603@aol.com or call the office and we will get you in touch with her. Office 540-882-3018. Park further down Main Street from the Mill or on Liggett St. After inventory is confirmed and you have wrapped your returned products bring your car in front of the Mill to load up. Please do not park on Bond Street. Watch for traffic coming around the corner at the Mill as visibility is limited.

Terms and conditions were laid out in the Old Mill Shop Application and agreed to when you applied. When you go to sign up there are two questions we could not disable. Please check yes for both. 1.
