o Greet and welcome volunteers o Move volunteers seamlessly through the sign-in procedures o Confirm volunteer assignments o Provide volunteers with volunteer T-shirts (if not picked up already) o Identify Volunteer Conference Information Materials o Pass along to Team Leader/Captain Information

• Your responsibilities include: o Arrive on time at the designated check-in location. o Report to the Volunteer Sign-In room in the convention center o Your check-in time is the start time on the schedule of your shift o You will be assigned to specific job responsibilities and locations with instructions on what is expected. o Stay till the end of your shift or when released by a volunteer lead
