Volunteering for Lawrenceville is a FUN way to stay INFORMED of the REWARDING opportunities that surround the City. Are you ENTHUSIASTIC about getting involved? Do you have the DESIRE to give back? Do you want to be a part of bringing the community together? Then volunteer for our event team and let's get FIRED up!! In the tradition of Rock’n Ribville, the City of Lawrenceville is excited to introduce Rock’n the Ville at the Lawrenceville Lawn. Rock’n the Ville will bring together incredible live entertainment, classic cars, fun and games for the kids, cold-beverages, and mouth-watering BBQ of all kinds as we celebrate another amazing year in Gwinnett’s County Seat! Rock’n the Ville will build on the success of Rock’n Ribville and draw attendees from all over Gwinnett County. With an estimated attendance of 15,000 from across the state, and months of advertising prior to the event, your business will gain the exposure you’ve been looking for during this day-long event held on Lawrenceville’s 8-acre green space and event venue, the Lawrenceville Lawn.

About the application

Volunteers will arrive at the Lawrenceville Lawn to assist the Events Team in various activities such as, but not limited to, load in, booth assistance, beautification, Kid Zone, stage assistance, and much more. Please join us this year, as we are in search of incredible volunteers to ensure for a successful event in our community.

I understand that any volunteer assignments I accept through this application / registration will be undertaken of my own free choice and will with no expectations of rewards, either monetary or in any other form. I understand that, as a volunteer, I am not an employee of the City of Lawrenceville and will not receive any compensation of any kind. By submitting this application, I accept that it is not a guarantee of future volunteer or employment assignments, and I understand that the City of Lawrenceville may terminate my volunteer status at any time. I further agree that I will release and hold harmless the City of Lawrenceville and or all persons or agencies acting on their behalf not and through perpetuity, from and all claims arising hereof.
