• 2022 Atlanta Tennis Open Driver Release Agreement and Conduct Requirements Driver Release Agreement and Conduct Requirement - I understand the loan and my operation of this vehicle ("Vehicle") is contingent upon my compliance with the following terms:
• Drivers License State of Issue

• I will ensure the proper use of safety belts and child safety restraints for all occupants.
• I will wear any eyewear or hearing apparatus required to operate a motor vehicle properly and safely.
• I will not be under the influence of any alcohol or illegal drug, and I will not smoke in the Vehicle.
• I shall not use personal social media accounts or channels to post any information from or conversations with ATP World Tour or WTA Tour players or officials or other professional tennis players or celebrities that occur during the time that I am a volunteer unless approved in writing by the individuals themselves and/or the Atlanta Open, or GF Sports and Entertainment. Violation of this rule shall be grounds for immediate dismissal.
• I will not be under the influence of any legal drug which would impair my driving ability or to understand or comply with oral or written directions regarding the use of a vehicle, and do not have any physical condition which would impair my driving ability to operate the Vehicle, nor do I have any physical condition which would cause undue risk to myself, other Vehicle occupants, or the Vehicle.
• I will obey all applicable motor vehicle laws, codes, and regulations.
• I will drive in a defensive manner, anticipating situations where incidents are likely to occur.
• I will refrain, at all times, from using radar/laser detection devices.
• I will plan trips by selecting the safest route, depart early enough to observe posted speed and traffic regulations, and be mindful of current and forecasted weather conditions.
• I will report all incidents/crashes involving the Vehicle to Atlanta Open.
• I will not permit any other person to operate the Vehicle.
• I am insurable at standard industry rates.
• I will permit the Atlanta Open tournament office to check my personal driving records.
• I shall be responsible for any fines or penalties involving the vehicle for parking, traffic, or other violation of any federal, state, or local law incurred while the vehicle is in my possession or resulting from my use of the vehicle.
• I will be solely responsible for the first $500 deductible for Comprehensive Claims and the first $500 deductible for Collision Claims, along with any other deductibles that apply, for any damages to the vehicle resulting from an accident or any and all other causes of damages to that vehicle while the vehicle is in my care, custody or control, including, without limitation, during the period of time after the vehicle was accepted by me and prior to the time that I officially returned the vehicle in accordance with instructions provided by the tournament office.
• In the event that the vehicle is damaged, I will, upon return of the vehicle, provide the Championship office with a $500 deposit to be applied to the deductible for any damage covered by Comprehensive Claims or a $500 deposit to be applied to the deductible for Collision Claims. In the event that the damages sustained do not equal the deductible for either Comprehensive or Collision damages to the vehicle, I understand that the difference will be refunded to me by the tournament office within ninety (90) days.
• Only persons having signed this Responsibility Form are authorized to drive the vehicle. If additional drivers are needed, those persons must complete a form at the Transportation Desk.
• Furthermore, by signing this agreement, I verify that I have not been convicted within the past three years of any of the following motor vehicle violations:

• I am twenty-five (25) years of age or older
• I posses a valid operator's license and will display such license to the Vehicle key issuer at each Vehicle exchange/pick-up and will comply with all license restrictions.
• I will never drive while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, illness, fatigue or injury.
• I will remain aware of the dangers of distracted driving and will obey all local ordinances and/or state laws addressing the use of hand-held communications devices.
• I will never read or type text messages.e-mails on any hand-held communication device while driving.
• When available, I will always use hands-free technology (i.e. OnStar Hands-Free Calling) if I absolutely must place or receive a call while driving.
