See attached. Masks are Strongly encouraged by staff & volunteers day of event. Staff & Volunteers temperature will be taken upon arrival. Extra hand washing/sanitizing stations will be available. Please practice social distancing when attending city events. If experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.

As the first volunteer on the scene, this person will check in with the event coordinator and assist with last minute event set up tasks (placing signs, info booth, and other set up duties until the event begins). At 1PM, this volunteer will primarily watch the info booth / interact with the public. Periodically, this volunteer will be asked to perform beautification "sweeps" in which they will assist with trash pick up and wiping / sanitizing surfaces.

These volunteers will primarily watch the info booth, but may be asked to supervise lawn games or perform "beautification sweeps" in which this volunteer will periodically assist with trash pickups and wiping / sanitizing tables.

This volunteer will be asked to perform beautification "sweeps" in which they will assist with trash pick up and wiping / sanitizing surfaces. This volunteer may also be asked to assist with some event breakdown tasks such as, but not limited to collecting yard signs, breaking down the event tent, and moving tables.
