About the event

Grow Oak Ridge is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to connect locally grown food with the public. The Winter Farmers Market is located INDOORS (except Dec 19, when it is outside) at Roane State Community College, 701 Briarcliff Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. * 15 Weeks on Saturdays, 9 AM to Noon December 5, 2026 to March 27, 2027 CLOSED Dec. 26 and Jan. 2 DEC. 19 market is OUTSIDE because Roane State is closed. All other markets are indoors. Booths are roughly 6'x8'  The Winter Farmers Market is for PRODUCERS only.  You must make, bake or grow what you sell. Reselling is not allowed.  * Free kids programming * Live music * Farmers, Bakers, Artisan Crafts * Sponsor booths available

I am legally entitled to represent the individual named in this application. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow Oak Ridge, Roane State Community College, and their directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at this market. I understand that I may NOT be alone with any child at the Winter Farmers Market. Parents and guardians are always present at the Nourish Kids Club activities. I understand that Grow Oak Ridge may use my name and photographs of my products for advertising purposes.
