By submitting this application and accepting a position, you agree to the following terms:
1. Position Status: This is a temporary, event-based volunteer position for the Fiesta en la Playa Music & Mercado Festival. This role is not full-time, paid, or ongoing employment.
2. Attendance Expectations: Volunteers are expected to arrive on time and complete their assigned shifts. If you are unable to attend, you must notify event management as early as possible. No-call/no-show volunteers may be removed from current and future volunteer opportunities.
3. Volunteer Responsibilities: Volunteers must follow all directions from event management and team leads. Duties and positions may change as needed during the event. A positive, professional attitude is expected when interacting with guests, vendors, performers, and fellow team members.
4. Work Conditions: This is an outdoor event. Volunteers should be prepared for heat, wind, humidity, and other coastal weather conditions. Some positions may require standing for extended periods and light lifting up to 25 lbs.
5. Dress Code: Volunteers must wear their assigned event shirt or credentials (if provided) during their shift. Closed-toe shoes are required. Volunteers should maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
6. Conduct Policy: No drugs or illegal substances are permitted at any time. Alcohol consumption while on duty is strictly prohibited. Disruptive, unsafe, or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate removal from the event.
7. Liability Waiver: By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assisting at the event. Event organizers, including ACM Texas and Rockport Market Days, are not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damages that may occur during participation.
8. Media Release: You agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
9. Agreement: By submitting this application, you confirm that:

* You understand that failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the event volunteer team
