We need someone to serve canned drinks from the M Price tables and someone else to serve champagne from the WCDH table. This volunteer must be 21+. Assist guests with entering the event. Check their confirmation email, ID guests, put on wristbands, assist with name tags and hand out event passports. Roam around the event and pick up trash and help guests and sponsors with trash. Empty full trash bins, throw it out and replace the bags. Assist vendors with ice or other needs. Someone will need to stand close to Jamestown road to flag cars into the parking lot. Two volunteers will need to stand in the grass lawn to help cars organize in rows. Help break down sponsor tents, take down all signage and tables, clean up and make sure there is no trash left on the ground. Wear casual clothes and close toed shoes. It may get dark so bring a head lamp if you have it.
