About the application

The Taste of Pikes Peak on Thursday, July 17 will feature more than 80 vendors from the Pikes Peak area with tastes from restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. Join the fun and become a Taste Volunteer! Please select the general area(s) you'd like to serve (you can select more than one shift if you'd like to help all day) and our volunteer coordinator will be in contact with you as we get closer to the event with specific details. All volunteers receive a free ticket to the event. Taste of Pikes Peak and the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association thank you for your help!

The set up crew will assist with general set up for the event. Set up includes, fencing, tables, banners, assisting vendors with load in etc. This is a physical job and requires some lifting and being on your feet.

Assist in setting up the registration area before the event starts. This includes setting tents, tables, chairs, hanging banners, computers, spreadsheets and wristbands as well as VIP swag bags.

As a volunteer helping vendors, you will be placed at the load in entrance for vendors and will meet them on their arrival and direct them to their tent location.

Manage the volunteer check in area in the main tent. Help volunteers check in, get their t-shirt and direct them to the right area of the event for their shift.

The tear down and strike crew will assist in the break down of the event. Tasks will include: breaking down tables, cleaning up and clearing trash, assisting vendors with tear down and other duties as assigned. This position is a physical job that will require being on your feet and some heavy lifting.
