Word of Mouth Volunteer Sign-Up

message Attendee experience volunteers will roam the event checking with attendees, VIP ticket holders, Cabana purchasers, etc to ensure their experience at the event is positive.

message Volunteers will help welcome guests to WORD OF MOUTH and direct them to the appropriate entrance gate. In this role you will also be answering general event questions, reminding folks of the clear bag policy, and urging to buy tickets online in advance of arriving to the entrance gates.

message This job is available to Board Members only. Will be responsible for manning the Indy Pride booth at the event, passing out Indy Pride swag, get guests registered for contests, and answer any event-related questions that guests may have. This position is also important to assist the volunteers working the Information booths. We need a Pride Board member at each Info Booth at all times to answer questions that volunteers may not be able to help with.

message Sustainability is a big push this year for Indy Pride. We will have separate receptacles for trash and aluminum cans. Sustainability/Recycling volunteers will be stationed around event reminding guests to use the appropriate trash and/or recycling bins for their items.
