message You will work under the direction of your Zone Captain(s) for staging Zone A (St Clair St from College to East St) You will work with a team of volunteers and assist with: Staging Area Setup: -Set up orange barricades to block side streets/parking areas where needed -Trash Can distribution Parade Unit Organization -Greet Parade Units upon arrival to your staging zone -Help place units in line so they're ready to move down the parade route -When the parade starts, help to keep units moving in an orderly and timely fashion Staging Zone Cleanup: -Break down orange barricades -Move trash to central locations for pickup

You will be assisting with the following tasks: Pre-Parade Setup: -Bike Rack Installation -Set up orange barricades to block side streets/parking areas where needed -Set up ADA-Accessible viewing area bike rack/signage -Trash Can distribution During the Parade: -Crowd Control -Answer questions from Parade attendees Post-Parade Cleanup: -Break down bike rack -Break down ADA-Accessible viewing area -Break down orange barricades -Move trash to central locations for pickup

message In the Parade demarshaling area, you will be working with members of the Parade planning committee and IMPD to assist with a safe exit to the parade for walking units, vehicles, and floats. You will be assisting with directing parade units off of the parade route.
