Exciting BBQ Cook-Off to raise funds for a mobile food kitchen supporting past and current veterans, as well as active-duty military personnel. Enjoy a day filled with mouthwatering BBQ, live music, and community fun!

Date: November 16th and November 17th
Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM ( Nov. 16th) / 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM ( Nov. 17th)
Entertainment: DJ starts at 11:00 AM, live music begins at 1:00 PM
BBQ Cook-Off Information:
Entry Fee: $150 per team (20x10 space)
Spots Available: 20
Requirements:
Provide 2oz samples for 500 attendees
You can sell additional food/items after samples are distributed.
Prizes:
1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $250
3rd Place: $150
Must have a valid food permit and comply with all food safety regulations
Special Event Highlight:
Dinner: Saturday at 6:00 PM - $65 per person (includes dinner)
Activities: Cash bar, silent auction, and live auction
Come out and enjoy some incredible BBQ while supporting a meaningful cause!

- Entertainment: DJ starts at 11:00 AM, Live Music begins at 1:00 PM
- Vendors ( 1 or 2 days)
- 40 spots
- Size 10x10
- Cost 1day $80
- 2 day $150
- Food truck
- 3 spots
- Cost 20% of sales at the end of each day
- Can pay a flat fee of $100 for one day or $200 for two days
- Must provide all your own set up
- Do not have to tear down at night but event is not healed responsible for theft or damages
