About the event

Join us for a fun-filled community festival that has something for everyone! Kicking off Saturday July 1, 2023 from 12pm-9pm Presented by Truist Bank and in partnership with Clayton County Commissioner Dr. Alieka Anderson, there will be crowds reaching at least 2,500 people. The inaugural CLC FEST is something you don't want to miss! Our event will feature a vibrant fun zone with games, activities, and rides for the kids to enjoy. Browse through a diverse array of vendors offering unique crafts, products, and services. Get ready for live entertainment that will keep you entertained all day long. And don't forget to satisfy your taste buds with delicious food from local food trucks. With a festive atmosphere, great company, loads of entertainment, and FIREWORK SHOW to end the night. This community festival promises to be an unforgettable experience for the whole family. Mark your calendars and join us for a day of community celebration!

About the application

Christian Life Center Worldwide is excited to introduce The CLC Fest. A non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to bringing a safe, wholesome and family-friendly community festival to Clayton County, Ga. In partnership with Truist Bank and Clayton County District 1 Commissioner Dr. Aleika Anderson, our goal is to foster unity, community, family and connection in our County. Festivities include main stage, live entertainment, interactive fun zone, local businesses, food vendors, and more!

Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold Christian Life Center Worldwide, its agents, employees, Board of Directors and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $125 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Food/Beverage Cart $200 Non-refundable
Food Vendor Application (TENT) $225 Non-refundable This fee is restricted to only food vendors with prepackaged/preprepared goods or desserts. No Fryers, no trailers, tents only (this is your own tent you provide, to rent a tent from us is a separate charge). There will be no electricity provided. Sterno burners only are allowed, with proper chaffing dish.
Food Truck/Trailer $350 Non-refundable Food Trucks up to 24 feet long Food Trailers up to 20 feet in length
Tent Rental Fee SOLD OUT Non-refundable This cost is for a tent rental only. Tent will be assembled at your space upon arrival.
