TGIGD = Thank God it's Geek Days! Geek Days is back and debuting a NEW theme, Mario & More! Join Schererville Parks as we invite ALL AGES to attend this "Geeked Out" event focused on your Nintendo classic characters, Mario & More! So what are Geek Days? - Geek Days are our BRAND NEW, ALL AGE events themed around our favorite anime characters, video game heroes, cult classic card games and more! So why Geek Days? - Schererville Parks loves everything Pokemon, Mario, Yu-gi-oh and more. We wanted to bring a fun, safe environment for all ages to GEEK OUT on all their favorites together! So what can I expect at Geek Days Mario & More? - Mario Kart 8 Tournaments (real prizes awarded) - Designated Trading Zones (Trade Pokemon from Pokemon TCG, Pokemon GO, Pokemon Switch Games & more) - Super Smash Battles & Tournaments on the BIG SCREEN projector (Real Prizes awarded) - Pokemon Go Battles and Tournaments (real prizes awarded) - Costume Contest Raffle (Geek out in your favorite Nintendo Character gear) - Designated "Nintendo & Chill" Zone (binge watch your favorite Nintendo character based episodes, movies and more together) - Mario coloring contest raffle (real prizes awarded) - Mario board game Battles & Tournaments (real prizes awarded) - Characters meet & greets (characters to be announced) - Fun, safe, environment where all ages can socialize and create friendships, connections and more over their favorite hobbies and more So mark those calendars, we have SO MUCH MORE in store!

There are NO REFUNDS for this event.
 
SET UP/TAKE DOWN:    
  • Setup Dates & Times 
    • Friday, May 5th > 12pm-5pm
    • Saturday, May 6th > 7am-8:30am
RULES:
No decorations may be attached to any outside structure.  Direct sales businesses will be limited to one vendor per company (based on first come, first served).  No crafter/vendor may sell guns, knives, or items considered weapons.  All merchandise and displays must stay within designated spot.  Assigned area must be kept clean throughout the event and all trash must be removed at the end of the event.  No soliciting to other crafters/vendors or patrons through distribution of advertising for anything other than what you are selling in your location.  Crafters/vendors must participate for the full duration of the show.  Those who fail to participate for the full duration of the show will be banned for one-year from future shows or events with the Schererville Parks Department. Schererville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel a show due to insufficient registration. Registration is not complete without payment and a signed contract.  
 
SALES TAX: All crafters/vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax, if applicable.
 
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:   Applications will be reviewed by the Schererville Parks and Recreation staff on an individual basis. Schererville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar products.  Not all applications may be accepted.  Wholesalers, flea market products, or previously worn/used merchandise will not be accepted.  The Schererville Parks and Recreation staff reserves the right to not accept applications for items or displays made with poor craftsmanship, look unprofessional, have too many of a certain category, or any other reason at the discretion of the Recreation Director.
