About the event

Since 1969, the Three Rivers Festival has grown to become Indiana's second largest summer festival, an annual nine-day community celebration. The Three Rivers Festival is a not-for-profit organization, funded entirely by vendor participation fees, souvenir sales, refreshments & entertainment ticket sales, and the generous sponsorship and support of area businesses.

About the application

All booths must be open and attended from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
Three Rivers Festival reserves the right to decline any application; submission of application does not guarantee acceptance.
 
Booth Details
Set Up Information:
 
Set up for Children's Fest will be Saturday, July 14th, between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. All events must be ready to open by 10:00 a.m. Saturday. All booths must remain open and manned during Children's Fest hours, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Load out must be completed by 6:00pm on Saturday.
 
Booth Space:
10' x 10' Non-Profit ($95.00)
10' x 10' Commercial ($175.00)
 
Tents:
 
Children’s Fest is a rain or shine event. The event will be held outdoors.  All tents must be self-supporting. Event organizer suggests no tents unless branded. No tent staking is allowed.
IMPORTANT NOTES: For any deliveries, please order using the same name as shown on this application. This will make the delivery process much smoother. Please notify the Festival office who you will be renting from before the event. Remember to order weights to secure your tent; no tent stakes! TRF recommends A Party Apart (969-0999).
 
Booth Activity
 
Participating groups must offer a FREE child focused activity, giveaway or interactive experience at their booth. Examples: face painting, temporary tattoos, bean bag toss, duck ponds, crafts, coloring books, free samples, etc. 
Remember: NO SELLING is permitted at Children's Fest.
Expect 5,000 children at the event. Be prepared with an adequate staffing and supplies.
 
All vendors are required to supply their booth set up needs, including tables and chairs. However, if you wish, you can rent tables and chairs from us. If you would like to rent table and chairs, please make your selections below. Limited of 2 table and 2 chairs per application. Tables are $2.00 ea and chairs are $1.00 ea.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
 
Cancellation and refund requests must be in writing (or email).  If approved, any refund will be assessed a $25 administration fee. Cancellations after May 31 are not eligible for refunds.
