About the application

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
We ask that all vendors create 3-4 products to sell that fit the Spruce Pine Alien Theme and also bring their normal products to sell. The Spruce Pine Alien Festival is an annual event and you will be able to ask for your same booth or another location and sell your Alien Creations yearly.
 
We also ask that you decorate your booth in the Alien Theme of the Show with Aliens, Spaceship, Moons, Stars, Sun, Planets, Nasa, Paranormal, etc. If you are using a tent it must be weighted on all 4 corners with sandbags or weighted buckets, no concrete blocks. This is for your booth safety and the booths around your space.
 
We are so excited to have you at the show. We have spaces for Artists, crafters, Commercial goods & Alien Merchandise vendors. Deadline is May 20th.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
Vendors agree that filling out and paying for the event is a contract for a booth space for the Spruce Pine Alien Festival. The festival will be held Rain or Shine and vendors will not receive a refund unless the event is cancelled due to Covid or a Natural Disaster.
