The stage is set for the 2023 Cricket MEAC SWAC Challenge and Coca-Cola Fan Experience. The Coca-Cola Fan Experience consists of live music, band jamborees, merchandise vendors, food, drinks, special sponsor giveaways, and more. Come down and enjoy the celebration with friends and family before kick-off at 7:30 p.m. which is now being featured on ABC.

About the application

The stage is set for the 2023 Cricket MEAC SWAC Challenge and Coca-Cola Fan Experience.
 
The Coca-Cola Fan Experience consists of live music, band jamborees, merchandise vendors, food, drinks, special sponsor giveaways, and more. 
 
The Cricket MEAC SWAC Challenge will be played in Atlanta, GA at Center Parc Stadium on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 7:30 pm ET.
 
VENDING HOURS (Subject to Change):
Saturday, August 26, 2023, 3:00 p.m. – until 1 hour after the completion of the game

This application is not for any type of tailgating opportunity. 

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
 
For setup, each vendor will be provided with the following: (1) 10x10 space, (3) 6ft. tables & (2) chairs. Nothing additional will be provided so please remember your seating needs regarding your staffing and guests.
 
ALL VENDORS MUST BE SHOW-READY BY 1 P.M. ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT!  NO EXCEPTIONS!
 
1. PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required to secure your space. This payment will be charged upon approval of this application. All application approvals will be subject to a 3% transaction fee and local taxes. An email will be sent 3 days before approving your application and your form of payment submitted with your application. Payment processing will not start until after Wednesday, July 5, 2023. 
 
2. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS Electronic signatures on this application or photocopies of the original application are binding as if they were original signatures. You, the customer, hereby authorize ACLIPSE Marketing as your irrevocable agent to complete and sign all credit, charge, or debit card slips for the customer’s credit or bank card for all amounts due to ACLIPSE Marketing by renter under this application, including cleaning charges, repair charges for damage to the property or equipment, and the full replacement cost of the rented property if lost, stolen or damaged. 
 
3. RETURN OF SPACE, EQUIPMENT, OR PROPERTY & CLEANING FEES:
Upon vacating booth spaces, vendors will ensure that such space shall be free of any trash or refuse with such being placed in its appropriate containers. No debris should be left inside your rented space. All boxes, wrapping paper, cellophane, etc. should be removed and placed in the appropriate garbage receptacle. No tables or chairs should be removed from the tent at the close of the event. If anything is removed at the close of the event, you authorize Aclipse Marketing to charge accordingly. 
 
4. TENTING
(1) 10 x 10 tent will be provided. No additional tents or tables will be permitted on the outside of your 10 x 10 space. 
 
5. CLEAR BAG POLICY
When offering bags for purchased items, please remember the following:
 
Consistent with other Sun Belt, NCAA, and NFL policies, a Clear Bag policy is used at all Center Parc Stadium events, including the Cricket MEAC/SWAC Challenge. Each ticketed person is permitted the following into ticketed events:
 
One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” OR a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
 
IMPORTANT: A logo no larger than 4.5” x 3.4” can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag. Clear bags cannot be patterned or tinted in color.
 
6. MERCHANDISE PICTURE UPLOAD
New security protocols require all merchants to submit pictures of products being sold ahead of time. There will be a place for uploading within the application. 
 
7. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Power will be provided. No generators will be permitted.
 
8. VENDOR SLOT FULFILLMENT
All open vending positions will be filled on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS and your form of payment will be charged 5 business days after your reminder email (review payment policy). If your form of payment is declined for any reason, your vending slot will be forfeited, and you will be placed at the end of the list pending open availability. Please be sure to notify all banking institutions ahead of time.

Prices

2023 Coca-Cola Fan Experience Vendor Space $750 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Space includes, (1) 10 x 10 tent, (3) 6ft. tables, and (2) chairs. Nothing additional will be provided so please keep this in mind on event day for your staffing.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 1
  • All vendors will be required to submit a picture of what they will be selling during the Fan Experience. For any item that is not wearable apparel, please submit a picture along with a description so it can be forwarded to security for approval.
