Join us downtown Raleigh for the biggest event of the year! This Night Market will be a part of Raleigh's Pride Month Kick off celebration! including local handmade artists, food trucks, games on the lawn, entertainment, drinks, Pride events and fun for the whole family! Friendly dogs are welcome on leash.

Applications for Raleigh Pride Night Market June 2nd close on April 28th. You will be notified and your card on file charged for the event by May 5th.
 
 
ALL VENDORS MUST APPLY WITH A NEW APPLICATION FOR 2023.
 
Please submit only 1 application per event and choose the category that best describes your main product line as we do our best to curate events to reduce over-saturation. 

You are registering for a space large enough to fit a boutique truck, where you must provide all of your own set-up materials including (required) a tent, weights, and lights. The Night Market Co provides access to electricity for each vendor, but vendors must provide their own drop cords and lights.

Terms & Conditions

*Please note the following information about becoming a vendor at The Night Market Co:

  • We are not accepting any third-party sellers, multi-level marketing, or large corporation consultants.
  • All vendors must be local to North Carolina and items must be handmade, vintage, or a craft. We will not accept vendors who are reselling items.
  • All products must be handmade by you or your company.  
  • If you are a food vendor and would like to participate, you must sell your food prepackaged from your permitted facility. Food trucks can apply for all venues unless otherwise stated using the Food Truck Application. 
  • If you plan on cooking on-site then an additional TFE permit is required and you must get approval from Raleigh Night Market staff.
  • If you are a local or corporate business that would like to participate please email raleighnightmarket@gmail.com to inquire about our sponsorship opportunities.
  • A $5 application fee is required with your application and is non-refundable. Boutique Truck fees are $120 unless otherwise stated.
  • The Night Market Staff have the right to revoke any products that do not fit the 'handmade' requirement or infringe on the authenticity of handmade or do not align with photos submitted during the application process. Questions about this requirement? Send us photos and we will let you know whether or not your products meet this requirement.
  • The Night Market Vendor must be in attendance of the entire market, he/she cannot break down early or arrive late. 
  • The vendor cannot show another artist's work that had not applied or did not get into the show.
  • The vendor must be in security of his/her booth, and cannot hold Night Market Staff or the venue responsible for theft or damage.
  • Food vendors/ consumable goods must be approved by health inspection laws in order to sell their goods at the market. 
  • Vendor booth fee is non-refundable for vendors participating in the market. Please read our vendor FAQs here: https://www.raleighnightmarket.com/frequently-asked-questions
PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 
 
  • Markets are rain or shine and are nonrefundable. 
  • If The Night Market Cancels an event for any reason you will receive a make-up credit for the missed event. 
  • If you cannot attend a market for any reason you must notify The Night Market, through your Eventeny portal, or you will be considered a No Show and will not be allowed to participate in events with us for 3 months. 
  • If you cannot attend an event and know more than one month prior, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 50% refund.
  • If you cannot attend an event within one month of the event, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 10% refund.

Boutique Truck Space Raleigh Pride June 2nd, 2023. 5-9pm $250 Non-refundable If accepted your card on file will be charged between May 2nd and May 6th.
