About the event

We welcome you to our 3rd Annual Festival within Bella Abzug Park at Hudson Yards! This time we are extending our schedule and having 3 weekends leading up to the actual Spring Fling festival weekend. SPRING FLING Arts & Music Festival 2023 will continue to take place within 2 PARKS this year and will incorporate 2 Music Stages, Poetry Slams, Live Art , Food Vendors and much more! In addition to our festival we will have 3 other Saturdays leading to Spring Fling that will take only take place on BLOCK 1. These events will feature our art, maker and small business market alongside music performances on our grassy stage. With more time to make our presence felt within Bella Abzug Park and a larger community outreach, we hope to Spring Forward this year in NYC!

RAIN DATE: Event is outdoors. Please be mindful of the rain dates listed for each event date. Postponement of original scheduled date will only occur if there is inclement weather during the time of the event.
 
BOOTH AVAILABILITY:  This application is for ARTISTS, ARTISANS AND CRAFT MAKERS
 
TABLE SPACES: This space will allow a 6ft x 4ft space to be used, you are able to utilize this space in whichever way you like. This includes bringing hanging racks or clothing racks that can be set-up next to your table. Table spaces are strictly placed within the park. 
 
WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLE OR TENTS. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO RENT A TABLE AND TENT AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS SUBMISSION FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK THAT YOU CHOOSE A TIER OF WHAT YOUR SET-UP WILL MOSTLY INCLUDE. WE WILL BE REVIEWING YOUR WEBSITE/PAGE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING YOUR APPLICATION. ALL TABLES AND TENTS WILL BE AUDITED BEFORE THE EVENT - IF YOU ARE SELLING OUTSIDE OF THE CATEGORY PICKED, EXTRA FEE WILL BE CHARGED AT THAT TIME. OTHER APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
 
Why is there different pricing tiers?
Our original mission at Colored Colors was providing opportunities for local artists of mixed media discipline. We want to provide opportunities for ALL but we lean towards a more affordable space for our artists. We still encourage small businesses to join our events as we have still priced our fees relatively lower than other event organizers throughout the state of NY. 
 
What else do I receive with my vendor fee? 
 Our pricing includes personal recap photos, flyers for promotional purposes, personalized commemorative lanyards, cross-promotion on our socials pre and post event, and customer service access leading into the event. 
Vendor fees can be completed after receiving a confirmation email. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. Your submission is not a confirmation for participation.

Terms & Conditions

Colored Colors is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors or patrons are within limits of the event. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 
 
In addition each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products.
 
Colored Colors is not responsible for any sales that the vendor must make. We do not take any commission of your sales after the vendor fee is paid.  We take responsibility in marketing this event through all our socials, community partners and within event outlets throughout our community. 
 
In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, and forces of nature or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond the respective control, the event will be postponed. In the event an event is FULLY cancelled by Colored Colors, the contract is null and void (no longer valid) and vendors will receive a full refund. 
 
REFUND POLICY: EVENT IS HOLDING A RAIN DATE FOR ALL DATES WHICH WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED WITH INCLEMENT WEATHER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THIS DECISION WILL BE MADE BY COLORED COLORS & PARTNERING ORGANIZATIONS. 

To protect our business the following Refund Policies are put into place starting January 1st 2023. 
There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATIONS. In the event of a last minute cancellation, you will have the option to receive 50% of your paid vendor fee to be used as a credit for another event.

6x4 Table Space (SINGLE DAY) $75 Non-refundable Single table space is 6 feet wide and 4 feet deep. Placed within the park - no tents are allowed within the park. This tier is for Visual Artists, Photography, Clay Items, Ceramics, Stickers and Crotchet Items.
6 x4 Table Space (2 DAYS) $150 Non-refundable Single table space is 6 feet wide and 4 feet deep. Placed within the park - no tents are allowed within the park. This tier is for Visual Artists, Photography, Clay Items, Ceramics, Stickers and Crotchet Items.
6x4 Table Space (3 DAYS) $225 Non-refundable Single table space is 6 feet wide and 4 feet deep. Placed within the park - no tents are allowed within the park. This tier is for Visual Artists, Photography, Clay Items, Ceramics, Stickers and Crotchet Items.
Table & Chair Rental (Per Day) $20 Non-refundable Table and chair rental. Table is 6ft in length. No tablecloths are provided. At checkout please select the quantity of days participating to match your application.
