• I have read and agree to the 2023 St Pete Pride Parade Participant Agreement and understand that St Pete Pride events will happen rain or shine. I understand that there will not be refunds due to inclement weather.
• I agree to hold harmless and indemnify St Pete Pride and its agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, and partners against any claims arising out of participation in St Pete Pride 2023. I certify that I will maintain adequate liability insurance to cover any and all occurrences which may result in the damage or injury to any person who may be a patron to 2023 St Pete Pride. I agree and acknowledge I shall provide a Certificate of Insurance or proof of said insurance policy upon the request of St Pete Pride. Certificates of Insurance must follow the information outlined in the Parade Agreement.
• I understand that all changes must be made prior to May 15, 2023, any changes past that day may result in a loss of money paid to St Pete Pride for participation in the event.
• I understand that the parade base price is for 6 vehicles or 10 motorcycles ONLY. Floats, additional vehicles, and walkers are NOT INCLUDED in the base price and must be added on to the registration.
• I understand that the 2023 St Pete Pride Parade lineup will begin at Albert Whitted Park and that specific information regarding time and lineup information will be emailed closer to the event date.
