Vendor Application

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. There is a food truck application and a vendor application. Please select the appropriate one. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  You are allotted (1) 10x10 space. Price is $25.No payment- No entry.All vendor fees are being donated to a non-profit cancer foundation. Check in is at 9AM. Please let us know if you need an earlier time and we will coordinate.Please bring your own power source if needed- this is a field event.

The Summer Kick off 2023 is the first of its kind! It is a welcome mat for the community to try different inflatables from Creekwater Inflatables LLC, while shopping for Mother’s Day and enjoying good food and music. Come enjoy your Saturday with loved ones.

By submitting this application, I certify that I have read the following and checked each item to indicate my acceptance. *If duplicate vendors sign up - the secondary vendor will be refunded and not approved. There will be no duplicate vendors selling like items. First come first filled basis.
*To be covered by $1,000,000 of recovery Commercial General Liability insurance. I will provide an original copy of my certificate of liability insurance policy with the Creekwater Inflatables dba. Creekwater Inflatables IS NOT HELD LIABLE for any damage, injury or like thereof.
*All vendors must be present for the duration of the festival.
*I understand I must CHECK IN, SETUP and BREAKDOWN only at my designated time. Set up between 9AM-10:30AM and break down is at 4PM.
*Vendor tents/trucks must be secured for unpredictable weather and fit within the approved space. No setup or breakdown during festival hours.There are no refunds on vendor fees.
