About the event

Historic Downtown Senoia's Alive After 5 is the 3rd Friday of the month from March 17th - December 15th, 5-9pm , in downtown Senoia. This is a fun family event featuring live music by local bands, vendors, artists, beer tents, restaurants and shops open late!

About the application

Trucks may apply for any and all dates but approval does not mean you have been approved for each date selected.
-You will receive a separate email confirming each date/dates you have been approved for.
-2023 Senoia Alive After Five dates: March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, December 15.

Terms & Conditions

Rules for food vendors:
-Number and variety of food trucks will be determined by the Alive After 5 committee, subcommittee of the Senoia Downtown Development Authority (DDA).
- You will receive a separate email for each date you are approved for.
 -The DDA may remove a vendor for any reason
-If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator
-All trucks will be parked on Main Street which is on a hill. You must bring your own leveling blocks to straighten out your truck if you require a flat ground.
-No-show trucks will be dropped from the rest of the schedule with no refund
-Vendor load-in time is 3-3:30 pm and be ready to sell by 4:45 pm. No sales after 9pm.
-Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
-Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the street.
-You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
-If event is cancelled due to rain, it will be announced the day of the event and a full refund will be issued.

-The City of Senoia and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold Senoia DDA and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By checking the box on this application, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
