Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival! To be considered as a food vendor for this event, a Food Vendor Permit with the City of Townsend is required.
 
The Events Committee will review all vendor applications and notify the selected parties by March 2023. 

The single most important event of the 2023 calendar year. Don’t stop BELIEVIN’! This 3rd Annual event will feature Bigfoot competitions, guest speakers, live music, vendors, food trucks and other great surprises. You won't wanna miss this!

DO NOT SEND CHECKS – YOU WILL BE INVOICED AFTER THE DEADLINE IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED.

Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount Partnership, its employees, agents and assigns, the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival Committee, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival except where such damages or injuries resulting from the gross negligence of the Blount Partnership. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
I have read and agree to all the regulations stated above and in consideration of participating in the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival agree to be contractually bound to the same.
