Hawaii - Premium Booth

This is for food tents that are serving premium grade Hawaiian cuisine. This DOES NOT include buildings.
 
You must arrive no later than 7am to set up to ensure smooth opening. Breakdown begins at 9:45pm.
 
Food must be made to order to ensure freshness and ingredients must arrive in sterilized metal containers. Food must be served in a sit-down setting. Tables and chairs will be provided upon request while supplies lasts.
 
No more than 5 vendors representing each Hawaiian Island will be accepted and comes at a first come first served based (ex. only up to five Honolulu food vendors allowed and so on)

We've all seen or been to a food festival. Usually they are serving one type of cuisine or there isn't a lot of variety. Now, foodies can come together and taste the globe without even leaving the US! And no, this isn't just another one of those trendy food festivals either, it's the real deal!
