Europe - Food Trucks

This is for food vendors that have food trucks serving European cuisine. Includes food trailers as well.
 
You must arrive no later than 7am to set up to ensure smooth opening. Breakdown begins at 9:45pm.
 
Food must be made to order to ensure freshness and ingredients must arrive in sterilized metal containers.
 
No more than 5 vendors per European country will be accepted and comes at a first come first served based (ex. only up to five Polish food vendors allowed and so on)

We've all seen or been to a food festival. Usually they are serving one type of cuisine or there isn't a lot of variety. Now, foodies can come together and taste the globe without even leaving the US! And no, this isn't just another one of those trendy food festivals either, it's the real deal!
