Terms & Conditions

APPLICATION FOR CONCESSION STANDS, CRAFT BOOTHS & DISPLAYS
Thank you for your interest in The Middlesboro Christmas Parade. We look forward to
your participation. The date of the Parade is December 3, 2022.
Booth size space will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. All vendors must
provide their own table, chairs, shelter, electric cords (heavy duty) and display
structures.
Fee’s are non-refundable.
Booth Fees:
10’x10’ – Civic, School/Church Non-Profit Organizations - $15.
10’x10’ – All other vendors/crafters - $25
Electricity is NOT provided – you may request electricity for an additional $10
All fees must be paid before set up begins!
Booth Hours:
SET UP: Saturday at 12:00pm – 2:30pm
Booths must be set up 30 minutes prior to opening
VENDING HOURS: Saturday 3:00pm – 8:00pm
All vehicles must be removed from area 30 minutes before opening. Absolutely NO
vehicles may be parked at booth sites.
You must observe and obey all rules concerning moving or parking of vehicles. For
insurance reasons, no loading or unloading is allowed during festival hours. NO
EXCEPTIONS. You are responsible for cleaning the area around your booth
continuously during the entire event. At the end of the festival, all refuse must be
removed. Dumpsters will be provided for trash disposal.
By participating in the Parade Festival, you agree to abide by the rules set forth by the
committee.
The Christmas Parade Festival Committee reserves the right to reject ANY vendor
application/contract. All booths, displays, stands and etc held in conjunction with the
Festival must be approved in ADVANCE by the committee. Every individual, business or
organization planning to participate in the Fall Festival must complete this application.
THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST REMOVAL OF ANY
ITEM(S) FROM THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
Booth Policies/Rules
The Christmas Parade Festival is not responsible for the collection of taxes.
The Christmas Parade Festival is not responsible for loss of valuables due to theft or accidents.
All vendors must be set up and prepared 30 minutes before festival begins.
No vendor will be allowed to sell pop (any brand) or water. These will be sold by the Festival.
No vendor will be allowed to sell items bearing the name or logo of the festival, unless prior written
permission has been granted by the festival committee.

to: Christmas Parade Festival, before Friday, November 18, 2022. Checks or
money orders should be made out to: Inferno Group Corp.

Single booth $35 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
