BOISE GOLF SHOW FEBRUARY 9-11,2023 Kick off the 2023 golf season at the Boise Golf Show at Expo Idaho. Find great deals on golf rounds, equipment and golf travel. Have fun testing your skills at the long-drive and long-putt contests, free instructional area and kids area. THURSDAY VIP 5-8PM | FRIDAY 2PM – 8PM | SATURDAY 9AM – 5PM *no Sunday hours due to Super Bowl

Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF CONTRACTBOISE GOLF SHOW
  1. Booth Space - Exhibitor subscribes booth space at The Boise Golf Show, to be held at Expo Idaho on February 9-11, 2023. The Golf Show reserves the right to reject any applicant or exhibitor the amount he/she has paid for space. The Golf Show reserves the right to assign, designate, or change your booth location.
2. Payment  - Reservation, deposit or payment in full for the exhibitor’s booth space shall accompany this signed Exhibitor’s Agreement.  Application received without such will not be processed.  Space assignment will not be made until deposit/payment is received.3. Hours of Operation - Hours of show are Thursday Night, 5-8pm, Friday, 2 p.m.- 8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Exhibitor shall staff its booth during all hours of The Golf Show. Exhibitor shall not begin disassembling its exhibit(s) until 5:01PM Saturday.  Super Bowl Sunday is February 12, therefore we will not hold the Boise Golf Show on that date.4. Taxes – Event ID 945553408. ALL event PARTICIPANTS must do the following: 1) Go to tax.idaho.gov/GoToTAP and under “Sellers and Promoters” click “Register as a Temporary Seller or Promoter.” 2) Choose “Seller WITH Event ID”  3) Choose “I am going to an event” 4) Enter the Event ID > “Next” 5) Enter your Seller Information 6) Choose Purpose: “I am not making taxable sales,” “I have a regular permit” or “I need a temporary permit.” 7) Review your entry  8) Check your email account for further instructions or attached Temporary Sellers Permit (if applicable).5. Service Not Provided - The Boise Golf Show does not provide equipment, decoration, labor carpenters, storage for exhibit materials, special lighting, gas, water supply or other related services. Exhibitor must make all arrangements for these items, and exhibitor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Golf Show for any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries or other charges that might occur from such arrangements made by Exhibitor.6. Security Services -Overnight security will be provided Friday and Saturday evenings of the show. While security is provided, the Golf Show shall not be responsible for any losses exhibitor might suffer.  Staff does not leave the building until all exhibitors vacate and no one is allowed in the building until show staff is in the building in the mornings.7. Insurance Not Provided -Exhibitor acknowledges KLU Marketing and the Boise Golf Show do not have insurance covering exhibitor’s property. It is the exhibitor’s sole responsibility to obtain interruption, property damage, personal injury, vandalism, theft and any other insurance it might need to cover any losses it might suffer at the Boise Golf Show.8. Assignment Prohibited -Exhibitor shall not assign any portion of its booth space to any individual partnership, corporation, company, firm or entity, without the prior consent of The Boise Golf Show.9. Cancellation Policy -If Exhibitor is not able to attend the Boise Golf Show, Exhibitor may be entitled to a refund on the following schedule: 60 day: If written cancellation is received and if booth space is resold, Exhibitor is entitled to an 80% refund. 30 day: If written cancellation is received and if booth space is resold, Exhibitor is entitled to a 50% refund.  Less than 30 days: If Exhibitor cancels, Exhibitor will not receive a refund.10. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Vendor(s) at the Boise Golf Show assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless KLU Marketing, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. Specifically relating to the global COVID pandemic, Vendor(s) acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death. Vendor(s) understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID at the event may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, Vendor(s) understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of KLU Marketing, LLC, its employees, agents and representatives, whether a COVID infection occurs before, during or after participation in the event. In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the Vendor(s) attendance at the event, the vendor(s) agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by Expo Idaho and KLU Marketing in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all attendees. 

Prices

10x10 Booth $825.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Booths are green & white 8' back, 3' side rails 1 table 2 chairs NOT included with booth fee: NO Carpet or Padding NO electrical *if you submit with check no fees will be charged.
10x20 Booth $1,650.00 Non-refundable Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Booths are green & white 8' back, 3' side rails 2 tables 2 chairs NOT included with booth fee: NO Carpet or Padding NO electrical *if you submit with check no fees will be charged.
Corner Booth $50.00 Non-refundable Limited number of corner booths available. Priority will be given to golf vendors.
Electrical Outlet $50.00 Non-refundable Electrical outlet. Please order 2 weeks prior to the show
Carpet $50.00 Non-refundable 10x10 carpet for the booth. The event facility is concrete. Double it if you are in a 10x20 booth
Padding $50.00 Non-refundable Padding to use under carpet. The facility is concrete. Double if you have a 10x20
Stand alone email to our past golf show attendees $500.00 Non-refundable Send an email to highlight your company at the golf show to past attendees of the Boise Golf Show. Use our list, use your message. Over 11,000 golf names.
