About the application

We are so honored that you're considering becoming a vendor at our Sunshine On Your Mind Market. Sunny Day Markets will be your host and supporting small like YOU is our passion. Nothing is more important than our vendors. There will be 150-175 vendor spots available for this event. There will be categories to make sure we are offering a wide variety of products and services. There will also be a cap on each category. We will be selective for this event to make sure we are offering quality, diversity and a unique shopping experience to Fletcher, NC! 
 
SCAMMER ALERT: The ONLY way we will ever reach out to you for payment will be from Sunny Day Markets through Eventeny.
 
Please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. Once accepted you will receive an acceptance letter and your card WILL BE CHARGED! This means you're all set and committed to this event. When applying for our events please note that we have a NO REFUND + NO CREDIT POLICY! 
 
WEATHER POLICY: While most of the times all markets are RAIN or SHINE! There is a chance the weather will be severe and compromise the safety of others! The safety of vendors and patrons always comes first! In the chance of weather cancellation, we have a NO REFUND / NO CREDIT policy.
 
The vendor fee's range from $100-$200 a space and this covers BOTH days. You must be willing to attend BOTH days and stay the full duration of the event! All spaces will be 10x10! Tables will NOT be provided for this event! Once you're given a set up time you will receive a final email with all information! Set up times being on Friday April 21st at 10AM-5PM and Saturday April 22nd from 6AM-9AM and you must be set up by 9:30AM no exceptions. When choosing your set up time please keep in mind the event starts at 10AM and you must be set up by 9:30AM!
 
ALL ACCEPTED VENDORS MUST HAVE A FACEBOOK PAGE. This is for marketing purposes and keeping up to date! If you have not joined our vendor page PLEASE do so now. This is our main source of communication, updates and all that good jazz!
