About the event

Healing Green Farms is now home to our Food Truck Garden & Bar! We are gearing up to give the community the PERFECT place to socialize, relax, and get all their holiday shopping done. We'll even be offering gift wrapping! Market spaces under the shelter are by invitation only and will be carefully curated.

Thank you for your interest in The Holiday Pop-Up Boutique at Healing Green Farms! 
 
WHERE:  The Food Truck Garden at Healing Green Farm
2728 NC 42 HWY in Willow Springs
Situated on Highway 42, 1/4 mile from the intersection of Old Stage Road, we are 10 minutes from Fuquay and less than 15 to I-40.  
 
WHEN:  Saturday 12/17 from 11am-6pm
Sunday 12/18 from 1p-6p
 
WE PROVIDE:

Sheltered 6x6 space with access to power (if selected on your application)
Lighting
Extensive event marketing on all social media platforms as well as a variety of print marketing
Vendor spotlight on social media highlighting your story/products
Food Truck Garden
Special events each day/night to bring in guests
Ample parking
Festive, holiday atmosphere
Free glitter clean-up ;) 
 
VENDOR SPACES:  6'x6' and under our shelter
fully lit and partially warmed (propane heaters, but it's still outside.)
12-15 unique vendors, carefully curated

COST:  
6x6 Booth fees: 
$75 + 3% transaction fee
Electricity is available for an additional $10.
 
You may bring a small propane heater, provided you ALSO bring a fire extinguisher to have on hand. You will be asked to return your heater to your vehicle if you do not have an extinguisher.  Electric heaters are NOT PERMITTED.  
 
All applicants MUST have social media set up for your business (minimum Facebook.)  We will need at least 5 good quality photos of your seasonal merchandise, as well as a thorough description of ALL items you plan to sell.  Categories of merchandise not listed on this application will not be permitted.  
 

Terms & Conditions

Please be advised vendor fees are non-refundable. Your fees may be transferrable to another vendor with prior approval from management.  Events will be rain or shine, unless the weather is deemed unsafe.  
 
 
  • 6x6 space, under shelter $75 ($60 prior to 9/23)
  • Electricity $10
  • at least 5 photos of your seasonal merchandise
  • Small propane heaters permitted as long as you also have a fire extinguisher at your station
  • At minimum, a Facebook page for your business

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 5
  • Please upload 5-10 "scroll-stopping" images of your products. Choose images that would make someone think "OOOH! I WANT THAT!" These will be used for vendor selection as well as social media promotion.
