• Trucks are required to provide their own power cord. Please indicate the length of the longest cord you have on hand.
• How much time do you require for set-up?
• Lunch service times are 11:00 am - 2:30. Trucks serving lunch MUST ARRIVE no later than 10:30 am and MAY NOT LEAVE earlier than 2:30 pm. If you are only serving lunch, we ask that you depart no later than 3:00 pm in order to accommodate trucks arriving for dinner set up.
• Dinner service times are 4:30-8:30. Trucks serving dinner MUST ARRIVE no earlier than 3:00 and no later than 4:00 and MAY NOT LEAVE earlier than 8:30 pm.
• Please list the initial dates you would like to be considered. You can add future dates via email. NOTE: Your payment method will be billed for the total # of dates you are approved. For instance: If you are approved for 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day, payment will be processed for those three days. If you apply for 3 dates and are only approved for 1, payment for 1 date will be processed.
