About the application

  • This application is for general vendors who are non food related. There will be a limited number of vendors at the event. Looking for vendors who sell handicraft, clothes, art, Jewelry and anything related to festival shopping. Vendor fee is $400 with no other commitment to the event or the organizers.

Terms & Conditions

  • You must be presenting and/or selling a product in order to participate at the DASHAIN TIHAR FEST as a vendor. (NOTE: Service providers, such as Law Firms, Accountants, Travel Agencies, etc. are allowed to reserve a spot at the FESTIVAL only through sponsorship.)
  •  The Festival Committee will rent tents, tables, and chairs for vendors;
  •  You will be asked to choose your own spot on a first come first serve basis;
  •  Vendors are responsible for their own signage and displays;
  •  All tables must be covered and vendors are responsible for providing their own table coverings;
  •  There will be no electrical outlet at the FESTIVAL.
  •  Vendors will be responsible for paying VA Sales Tax on items sold. DTFest2022 will provide vendor names and Tax Identification Numbers to Local Government in advance;
  •  Vendors are not allowed to sell T-shirts with Nepalese themes as DTFest2022 reserves the right to sell Nepalese theme T-shirts.
  • No hassle with the permits, the Festival will have the permits, which will make it easier for Vendors.
