About the event

Join us on Friday November 25th as we celebrate ‘Holidays on Hay…A Season of Light’. This annual festival will continue to mark the beginning of the holiday season attracting patrons to merchants and restaurants in the Historic Downtown Fayetteville area. Come celebrate your holidays with friends, food, fun, and fellowship. The marketplace will be filled with artisans selling their unique handcrafted holiday arts & crafts trinkets, treats, and treasures. In addition to the Holiday Arts Market this years festivities will include a Unity Candle Lighting, live performances and will conclude with the regions first Drone light show (over 200+ drones for a 10-12 minute show). We welcome all vendors, patrons and community members to join us for this magical holiday experience.

About the application

A holiday event like none other in historic downtown Fayetteville. Join us on November 25th as we usher in the holiday seasons with the premiere of Holidays on Hay...a season of light. This is a free community event that highlights one of the best seasons of the year.
 
Priority will be given to high-quality vendors who are willing to decorate their booths in holiday theming or lights.
 

 
10’ x 15’ Food Space (Limited):
$750 (includes electric)
 
This price includes one 15x10 (Food) booth at our Holidays on Hay festival.  The Arts Council will provide each Artist with a space number and 10x15 space INCLUDING ELECTRICITY.  The vendor will be responsible for any tent, tables, chairs, merchandise, wifi access and other equipment needed to sell your food during the event.
 
Vendors will be charged the full amount of the application to include additional options (electricity, late fee, early morning set-up etc.) if/when application is approved.  The festival is a rain or shine festival and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed after submission.

Terms & Conditions

In addition to the terms and conditions listed on this application, each accepted vendor is a representation of The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County and is expected to maintain a level of professionalism and care for the ARTS.  We have the authority and responsibility to remove any vendors that do not comply with our internal festival rules/guidelines as well as local/federal guidelines.
 
Furthermore, Accepted vendors will receive additional information about festival rules to include parking, vendor set-up, load-in and a variety of other questions.

Prices

10x15 with electric-food vendor $750 Non-refundable This price includes one 10x15 booth space at our Holidays on Hay festival. The Arts Council will provide each Group with a space number, and a 10x15 space NOT INCLUDING ELECTRICITY. You will be responsible for any tent, tables, chairs, wifi access, and other equipment needed to sell your food during the event.
