About the event

Join us for an all day family fun event! Artisans will begin our day at 10 am with the finest in local handmade items along with farm-fresh produce. On-site registration for our Cornhole Tournament to benefit our American Legion Post 116 begins at noon, with tournament play kicking off at 1. Then at 3:00, the Barnyard will open up for folks who want to relax before the ***** Band starts to play at 4, followed by the MAIN EVENT: 3 hours of music by *****!!! Throughout the day, enjoy face painting and glitter tattoos, a 360 photo booth, and a kids' play area. We even have misting stations and a sensory calming area if anyone needs to chill out! This free event is our gift to the community, and is our launch party for our Monday night Barnyard Concert & Market Series, beginning on Monday, July 25. Food trucks: Mister & That Dang Woman and Blu Tee Spoon Vegan PLEASE NOTE: This is a free event, however space is limited and tickets ARE required for the evening events. Please reserve your spot by signing up for free tickets or purchasing an upgrade.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in our Barnyard Concert & Market Series Launch Party!  This event is quite different than our regular Sat vendor markets, so please review this information carefully:
 
  • The traditional vendor market will still run 10-2, however additional activities will be adding on throughout the day, culminating in 2 bands, performing from 4-9pm
  • You will have the option of packing up and leaving at 2 pml
  • For an additional $20 you may stay set up through the end of the event at 9 pm.
  • If you opt to stay, you will not be able to tear down/pack up until THE END of the event, so please plan accordingly.
  • There are no shelter spaces available for this event.  ALL VENDORS must provide their own tent.
  • All tents must be weighted on all four corners.  Stakes do not work well in our hard-packed soil.  **Weight bags can be provided for an additional $10 charge below.**
  • Maps and final instructions will be sent on Thursday July 14.
  • Due to limited parking, vendors will be required to park (after unloading at their spot) further back on the property.  If this presents an issue due to physical challenges, we can provide a ride back to your spot in our golf cart.  If you anticipate needing this assistance, please indicate in the "special requests" section of the application.

Please be advised vendor fees are non-refundable. Your fees may be transferrable to another vendor with prior approval from the Marketplace Manager.

Tent space: 2pm 9pm only $35 Non-refundable
10x10 Tent Space 10 am - 9 pm (ENTIRE EVENT) $55 Non-refundable
10x10 Tent Space 10a-2p only $35 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Set of 4 Weight Bags (rental) $10 Non-refundable Weight bags are required at this event. This is a rental for 4 weight bags, provided by the market (Bags only)
