About the application

We have restructured this event, whereas all Burger Vendors/Competitors will be SELLING items throughout the entirety of the event. Please find the Full Event Details document below, under Related Files, and review before submitting your application to be considered as a Competitor. By submitting this application, you are signing an electronic agreement to validate your participation in the Event and to agree to adhere to all Event Rules and Guidelines, if you are selected to participate.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Burger Vendors will be given access to the Event Site at least 3 hours prior to the Event Start Time to set up their Vendor Station and to prepare anything else needed to vend.
  2. Burger Vendors will be given the required setup time deadline in advance, which will be dictated to Battle Bros LLC by the Fire Marshall.
  3. Burger Vendors agree to maintain their Vendor Station's setup and remain at the Event for the entirety of the Event.
  4. Burger Vendors will not be permitted to pack up, shut down their Vendor Station, or leave early.
  5. Burger Vendors will not provide or sell any items or services at the Event other than the official Event vend items without prior written consent from Battle Bros LLC.
  6. Burger Vendors' staff will dress and behave professionally during the Event.
  7. Burger Vendors will have access to the Location Site for up to 4 hours following the conclusion of the Event at 10:00 PM to dismantle their setup, clean up their site, and remove all items brought to the Event by the Burger Vendor.
  8. Burger Vendors will leave their site free from trash and in a similar condition that it was in before they arrived.
  9. Burger Vendors agree to hold Battle Bros LLC free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the Event.
  10. Burger Vendors will provide Battle Bros LLC with a $200 “Non-Refundable” Fee to participate. 
  11. Burger Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Burger Vendor fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, the Burger Vendor will not be refunded their $200 Fee.

Burger Vendor | Competitor Fee $200 Non-refundable This is a $200 “Non-Refundable” Fee to participate in this event. You will not be charged unless/until your application has been reviewed and you are ACCEPTED into the event. Burger Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Burger Vendor fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, the Burger Vendor will no be refunded their $200 event Fee.
