Welcome to the Anime Milwaukee! Please look through our application and let us know if you have any questions.

Artist spaces are juried and notifications will be sent once jurying is complete regarding your application.

Payment Deadline: 7 Days from receipt of Acceptance Letter

Artists will have 7 days to respond confirming their intent to participate after notification of acceptance and invoices are sent, otherwise, the acceptance is forfeit.

Table Prices

Artist spaces are $175 per 6"x5" table. Premium tables are available at a cost of $350 and are 12"x5". We only allow one space per artist.

Location Assignments

Artist Alley table locations will be assigned. Artist Alley location preferences will be considered when assigning locations but cannot be guaranteed.

Table Add-Ons

Additional badges, pipe & drape, electrical outlets, internet access, and additional skirted tables and chairs can be purchased via this application. Please make sure to select the correct amount on your application.

Stickers
Stickers are prohibited from being sold, or distributed in any manner, by the convention center. While this is not an AMKE policy, we have to enforce it, so we cannot allow any sort of adhesive backed items in the Exhibit Hall or Artists’ Alley. This is a Zero-Tolerance Policy and those in violation will be ejected from the hall without refund. Please don’t bring them into the building.

Washi tape, pop sockets, memo pads, and other gently adhesive items are still allowed. It is only stickers and similar adhesive decals that are currently banned.

COVID-19 Policies
Anime Milwaukee requires everyone who enters the convention space to show either proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result received within 72 hours prior to the start of the convention. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the convention spaces.

Anime Milwaukee (AMKE) is a three-day anime convention that operates at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and Wisconsin Convention Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with an estimated economic impact of $3.9 million to the downtown area. We celebrate and educate fans about anime, manga, Asian culture, music and gaming.

Single Artist Space	SOLD OUT	Non-refundable	The standard artist table space will include one 6 foot by 30” table, two chairs, tablecloth, and one artist badge. One additional artist badge may be purchased for $55.
Premium Artist Space	SOLD OUT	Non-refundable	Premium artist table spaces will include two tables on a corner, two chairs, tablecloths, and two artist badges. Two additional artist badges may be purchased at $55 each.
Additional Badges	$55.00	Non-refundable	Additional badges can be purchased up to a maximum of two for Artist Alley vendors.
Electrical Outlet - 20 Watts/120 Volts	$220.00	Non-refundable	1 standard 20-amp 120V power outlet.
Wireless Internet Access (Full Weekend)	$190.00	Non-refundable	Wireless internet access for the duration of AMKE weekend provided by the convention center.
Additional 6' Skirted Table	$65.00	Non-refundable	One (1) 6-foot skirted table. This is in addition to the one table that is provided with the cost of the table.
Additional 8' Skirted Table	$75.00	Non-refundable	One (1) 8-foot skirted table. This is in addition to the one table that is provided with the cost of the table.
Additional Chair	$20.00	Non-refundable	One (1) additional chair for your exhibitor booth. This is additional to the two chairs provided per table space purchased.
8' High Pipe and Drape	$65.00	Non-refundable	The pipe and drape will be set up in a u-shape formation around your booth. Unfortunately we cannot take requests for color at this time.

I understand that stickers are not allowed in the exhibit hall, and if I am caught selling, distributing, handing out, or advertising stickers, I will forfeit my Artist Alley table immediately and I may be asked to leave the convention.

Picture requirements

Minimum pictures required: 3
Each application must include at least 3 to 5 clear, high quality, color photos of your products, and if applying for a premium booth space at least one photo of your booth set-up.
