About the application

We have RESTRUCTURED the Space Coast Burger Battle to be a Family Friendly, 10-hour Festival! We will be accepting a few Dessert Vendors to participate in the Event by selling their dessert treats to Attendees! By submitting this application, you are signing an electronic agreement to validate your participation in the Event and to agree to adhere to all Event Rules and Guidelines, if you are selected to participate. 

Terms & Conditions

Dessert Vendor will be given access to the Event Site at least 3 hours prior to the Event Start Time to set up their Vendor Station and to prepare anything else needed to vend.

Dessert Vendors will be given the required setup time deadline in advance, which will be dictated to Battle Bros LLC by the Fire Marshall.
 
All Food Vendors will have items available for sale A LA CARTE only, and all items must be priced at $1 - $5 per item.
 
All vendors must sell bottled water, 16.9oz bottles, at $2.00 per bottle (you keep your beverage sales as well)

Dessert Vendors agree to maintain their Vendor Station's setup and remain at the Event for the entirety of the Event.

Vendor agrees to bring all necessary safety equipment and fire code requirements.
 
Dessert Vendors will not be permitted to pack up, shut down their Vendor Station, or leave early.

Dessert Vendors will secure and provide their own source of power for the Event, if needed.  
 
Dessert Vendors' staff will dress and behave professionally during the Event.

Dessert Vendor's Station is not permitted to have any loud music, noise, and/or sound amplification devices at the Event. (There will be a live band performing for the entirety of the Event.)

Dessert Vendors will have access to the Location Site for up to 4 hours following the conclusion of the Event at 10:00 PM to dismantle their setup, clean up their site, and remove all items brought to the Event by the Dessert Vendor.
 
Dessert Vendors will leave their site free from trash and in a similar condition that it was in before they arrived.
 
The Dessert Vendor’s Station will be reserved and guaranteed as of the Effective Date of Battle Bros LLC's Acceptance of this Agreement.

Dessert Vendors agree to hold Battle Bros LLC free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the Event.

Dessert Vendors will submit to Battle Bros LLC a $100 “Non-Refundable” Fee to participate in this event. 
 
Dessert Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Dessert Vendor fails to appear and participate in the Event or if the Dessert Vendor does not adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, the Dessert Vendor will not be refunded their $100 "Non-Refundable" Fee.

Prices

$100.00 Event Fee $100 Non-refundable Dessert Vendors will provide Battle Bros LLC with a $100 “Non-Refundable" Fee to participate in this event. This Fee will NOT be charged unless you are ACCEPTED to participate in the event. Dessert Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Dessert Vendor is approved to participate and fails to appear and participate in the Event or if the Dessert Vendor does not adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, the Dessert Vendor will not be refunded their $100 "Non-Refundable" Fee.
