Pet Rescue Group Application

LaBelle Downtown Revitalization  Corporation (LDRC) is hosting the 4th Annual Howl-O-Ween Fundraising Event!
The scary cute fun happens on Saturday, October 22nd at Barron Park from 10am to 4pm.  This event is focused on our love of our 4-legged babies featuring a Pet Costume Contest and the 3rd Annual Downtown Doxie Dash. We plan to have live entertainment, food, beer, games, and more! This year, we want to share our love of pets with our friends at local pet rescue groups. We plan for the biggest year yet so the crowds will be plentiful for bringing awareness to your organization.    We would like to offer a 12x12 booth space to you for a small fee of $10. Register early to ensure your space under the shady oaks! Payment is due at the time of application approval.  Setup times: 8:30am to 9:15am. Please make every attempt to not have your vehicles in the vendor area after 9:15am. 
The event begins at 9:30am. Closes at 4pm. We understand that the pets may not be able to handle the weather and environment for the whole time. Please indicate in your application how long you anticipate you can stay. 
 
Vendor Fee: $10 for a 12x12 booth space. Payment MUST be made in advance. 
LDRC uses Eventeny for vendor processing which uses Stripe. LDRC will provide a map with your booth location prior to the event.  We encourage you to have interactive games at your booth to engage with attendees!  OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES THAT LABELLE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION CORPORATION BE ADDED AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED ENTITY.

Booth spaces are non-refundable. The event may be canceled/rescheduled due to weather. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AGGRESSIVE DOGS BE ALLOWED AT HOWL-O-WEEN. If you have a dog that shows aggression, you will be asked to remove him/her from the event. Please plan on keeping those that are not comfortable with loud noises at home. This is for the pet's comfort and the safety of our participants.
