Howl-O-Ween Vendor Application

Hi Howl-O-Ween Vendor! Thank you for your interest in the 4th Annual Howl-O-Ween Fundraising Event hosted by LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) scheduled for Saturday, October 22nd from 9:30am to 4pm at Barron Park.  Be a vendor at our scary cute event featuring a Pet Costume Contest judged by the famous Swamp Cabbage Festival Queens & Princesses, the 3rd Annual Downtown Doxie Dash, live entertainment, a food truck, cold beer, games, and more!  Setup times: 8:30am to 9:15am. Please make every attempt to not have your vehicles in the vendor area after 9:15am. The event begins at 9:30am. Closes at 4pm. Please make every attempt to stay open for the entire event. Vendor Fee: $30 for a 10x10 booth space. Payment MUST be made in advance. 
LDRC uses Eventeny for vendor processing which uses Stripe. We know that competition is tough out there for vendors, and we will do our earnest best to avoid duplicate vendors. Please list your goods in the application so we know what you offer. LDRC will provide a map with your booth location prior to the event.  Are you associated with a nonprofit organization (not associated with a pet rescue group)? Good news! Your vendor fee is reduced to only $10!  FOOD VENDORS & FOOD TRUCKS: OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES THAT LABELLE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION CORPORATION BE ADDED AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED ENTITY.

Bring your furry friends (and human friends) to Barron Park for a spooktacularly good time! Costume Contest! Downtown Doxie Dash! Food Trucks! Entertainment! Cold Beer! Fun things to do with your dog!

Howl-O-Ween Vendors will be listed in any and all media releases and email blasts through LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC). There are no refunds. Vendors understand that they will provide their own table, tent, chair, electrical cord, and other materials to make the day successful. LDRC is not responsible for unattended booths. The event will be canceled/rescheduled due to inclement weather.
