About the event

The 4th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival at Beaufort Town Center is a free, family-fun celebration benefiting the Beaufort Area Hospitality Association. The event is free and open to the public and will take place on Saturday, March 19 from 12pm-4pm. Area restaurants and food trucks will be selling food and drinks and there will be live entertainment including a bagpipe player, local music, and much more! This family-fun event will have activities for all ages! We will also have festive drinks available for the adults!

About the application

We welcome the opportunity for all craft/artisan vendors to apply for a spot at the 4th Annual St. Patrick's Festival! Please note we do have limited availability and priority is given to Beaufort Town Center businesses and Beaufort Area Hospitality Association (BAHA) Members. The Festival is from 12pm-4pm and all proceeds collected are your own. Fees are listed below. Vendor Fee: Food Truck/Restaurant Vendor - $325 Craft/Artisan Vendor - $150 Vendor fee Waived for Beaufort Town Center Businesses & BAHA Members. Please consider donating a gift certificate, product, or service to our costume contest pot o' gold, to be given out at the event. We will be collecting contact information from those that enter and all who donate to the Pot O' Gold will receive the contact list. We encourage you rent the following: 10x10 Tent and 8' Foot Table with linen - $225 We encourage you to rent a tent (which we will handle upon receipt of confirmation) as weather is unpredictable. Personal tents will not be allowed and tents will not be available day of.

Terms & Conditions

All vendors understand and agree that they must hold a valid City of Beaufort License, Insurance, and necessary permits/certificates to sell goods/food. All businesses agree to hold Ribaut Holdings LLC and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and other expenses, arising out of or relating to the St. Patrick's Festival on March 19, 2022. Although we may approve your application, please note applications are finalized and your spot is confirmed once a check has been received and processed. No refunds.

Prices

Application fee - Craft/Artisan Vendor $150 Non-refundable All Applicants who are NOT Beaufort Town Center Businesses or BAHA Members are subject to the $150 Application Fee.
Tent & Table $225 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep and includes an 8' table with green linen.
Application fee - BAHA Member $0 Non-refundable Vendor Fee is waived for Beaufort Town Center Businesses. Please note a tent is NOT included and is encouraged as weather is unpredictable. Personal tents will not be allowed and tents will not be available day of.
