Food Vendors (Including Food Trucks)

We welcome the opportunity for all food vendors to apply for a spot at the 4th Annual St. Patrick's Festival! Please note we do have limited availability and priority is given to Beaufort Town Center businesses and Beaufort Area Hospitality Association (BAHA) Members. Vendors are NOT able to serve alcohol unless otherwise given permission, and those serving alcohol must have a signed ABL-900, Event Insurance, and a City of Beaufort Business License. Please note the ABL-900 must be submitted to the South Carolina Department of Revenue no later than February 15 to ensure they have adequate time to review and return the signed document. The Festival is from 12pm-4pm and all proceeds collected are your own. Fees are listed below. Vendor Fee: Restaurant/Food Vendor (including food trucks) - $325 Craft/Artisan Vendor - $150 Vendor fee Waived for Beaufort Town Center Businesses & BAHA Members. Please consider donating a gift certificate, product, or service to our costume contest pot o' gold, to be given out at the event. We will be collecting contact information from those that enter and all who donate to the Pot O' Gold will receive the contact list. We encourage you rent the following: 10x10 Tent and 8' Foot Table with linen - $225 We encourage you to rent a tent (which we will handle upon receipt of confirmation) as weather is unpredictable. Personal tents will not be allowed and tents will not be available day of.

All vendors understand and agree that they must hold a valid City of Beaufort License, Insurance, and necessary permits/certificates to sell goods/food. All businesses agree to hold Ribaut Holdings LLC and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and other expenses, arising out of or relating to the St. Patrick's Festival on March 19, 2022. Although we may approve your application, please note applications are finalized and your spot is confirmed once a check has been received and processed. No refunds.
