About the event

🍾 The 5k route will guide you through the charming streets of McKinney, and alongside the beautiful Towne Lake! You’ll finish the 5K at Towne Lake Park where you’ll be greeted with a cold glass of sparkling rosé and delicious brunch bites! 🍾 Also at the finish line you’ll find grape stomping competitions, an outdoor vendor market, a complimentary photo-booth and more! 🍾 In addition to the glass of bubbly and brunch bites, you’ll receive a custom bib, a Run for the Rosé 5K event t-shirt, a take home event champagne flute, and a beautiful bubbly finishers medal! 🍾 The 5K is chip timed and kicks off at 9am! Cash prizes and awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall male and female winners and 1st place stroller! Participants can start arriving event morning at 8am! Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend in McKinney! The event is in partnership with The Treasured Vessels Foundation.

About the application

This application is for primary food vendors (restaurants, food trucks, etc) that are looking to sell open-container food and beverage. We are expecting over 1,000 runners + spectators in attendance- you do not want to miss this event! Please fill out the vendor application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval on your application, you will then be able to pick out your booth space at the event- prices will vary. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event. NOTE: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been both selected AND paid for in full. The event is in partnership with the Treasured Vessels Foundation! This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

FOOD HANDLERS PERMITS - Any vendor intending to sample or sell open-container food or beverage must obtain a food handlers permit from the corresponding City/County Health Department for the event(s) in which you are confirmed. Failure to do so may result in loss of vendor fees paid, barring from future events, or prohibition from entering the event grounds without issuance of a refund or credit transfer. Health permit documentation is due to SBG Hospitality via email no less than 14 days prior to the event start date. GREASE AND OTHER WASTE - Food vendors are prohibited from dumping grease on-site at any event. Food vendors agree to transport and remove all grease and other food-related waste to appropriate locations as required by both SBG Hospitality and municipal law of the city in which the event is held. Please contact the Health Department for the corresponding City/County for questions/concerns.
