Tent RENTAL - 1 each of a 10 x 10 Canopy (DO NOT INCLUDE BOOTH FEE) $100.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable *Tent(s) will be set up and torn down by an employee only. *Tent rental(s) is for the duration of the event only & will be set up in vendors spot prior to arrival. *Vendor shall not remove tent(s) from the premises. *Tent(s) taken by the vendor will incur a charged $150.00 per rented tent, to the credit/debit card on file of their application. *Vendor will sign agreement when taking possession of rental(s) and when returning rental(s).
6 ft -Table RENTAL (DOES NOT INCLUDE BOOTH FEE) $35.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This listing is for 1/each , 6 ft table *Tables are for rent during the duration of the event only . *Vendor shall not remove tables from the premises. *Vendor is responsible for the return of tables to an employee at the front entrance prior to leaving property/venue. * Tables not turned in by vendor will be charged an additional $50.00 per rented table, to the card on file of their application. * *Vendor will sign agreement when taking possession of rental(s) and when returning rental(s).
