Monthly Markets @ The Root

Spiritually Rooted is hosting monthly, metaphysical markets at their retail location, 90 Webster St. North Tonawanda, NY. These markets will host intuitive readings, reiki sessions, and the ability to shop from local creators, makers, and vendors in the oddities and metaphysical community! 

Please note**** Once approved you will be charged your table fee using the payment you put on file. Please ensure that this payment method is working, it will not let us put you through to the approval list without it. If you have applied for multiple dates, we only approve monthly to avoid charging you for each date, all at once. Please ensure to email photos and a short bio about your offerings, to rootedstaff90@gmail.com.

Ø  Payment is a non- refundable table fee of $50 per table. 

Ø  You are responsible to bring your own table, chairs, tablecloths and displays.

Ø  No use of tape, tacks or nails.  You will be responsible for any damage to the premises.

Ø  Please use closed containers for food/beverage.

Ø  You must have your own bank and/or credit card payment methods to take payment. 

Ø  You are responsible for all purchases of products you are offering.

Ø  You may set up the night before the event between 5pm and 9pm.

Ø  On the day of the event, you may set up starting at 8am.

Ø  Please be ready for customers no later than 9:45am.

Ø  Tear down will begin at 4pm.

Ø  Please ensure to send over photos and short bio of your offerings to rootedstaff90@gmail.com if approved.
