Join our first-ever Pop-Up Tattoo Parlor at Dream Con 2025!

Dream Con is expanding! For the first time, we’re opening up a dedicated tattoo activation space inside the convention—and we’re looking for talented, licensed artists who love anime, gaming, and pop culture to join us.

Dream Con 2025 takes place May 30 – June 1, 2025 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX, drawing over 22,000 attendees and a massive online audience. This activation will be highly promoted and centrally located on the convention floor.

If you’re ready to connect with fans, tattoo passionate Dreamers, and showcase your work in one of the most unique environments out there—this is your shot.

Booth Details & Pricing

We have 3 exclusive 10x20 booth spaces available for tattoo parlors. Each booth includes:

Space for up to 2 licensed artists
High-visibility placement within Dream Con’s Pop-Up Tattoo Parlor activation (located inside the exhibit hall)
2 Artist Badges
Basic electrical access (if requested)

Cost: $1,200 per booth
Due Date: Full payment must be received no later than May 22, 2025 to confirm your participation.

Please note: booth availability is first come, first served. Approved artists/parlors will receive invoicing details upon acceptance.

About the event

Dream Con is an anime and gaming convention that started as a dream but was brought to fruition by social media influencers, RDCWorld. RDCWorld dreamed of bringing together like-minded individuals to enjoy and celebrate multiple interests including pop culture, comics, art, cosplay, music and much more. As of 2025, Dream Con will take place in Houston, TX. ‍ At Dream Con, it doesn’t matter if you are a novice or an avid fan, this is a place where you will be accepted as you are! With guests ranging from notable voice actors to popular content creators, you never know who you might Naruto run into. Dream Con provides endless entertainment for you all weekend long, with a traditional artist alley, engaging panels, memorable meet & greets, and invigorating concerts. Dream Con also has staple events such as: All-Star Super Smash Bros Tournament, Crew Battle, Dodgeball, and Cosplay Contest and Runway.

Terms & Conditions

Tattoo artists must comply with Texas Administrative Code Title 25, Chapter 229, Subchapter U.
All artists must hold a valid Texas license or obtain a temporary event permit from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
Artists are required to provide proof of bloodborne pathogens training and use sterilized, single-use equipment.
On-site verification of credentials and sanitation setup may be required by Dream Con staff and/or local health officials.
